Terms of Use

Last updated: August 24, 2026

These terms define the rules for using the store's website and the general procedure for purchasing our software products. The specific terms of each project are fixed in the contract.

1. General provisions

These terms of use (the “Terms”) govern access to the website of the maxedwardan ready-made software store (the “store”, the “Operator”) and the procedure for purchasing the products offered on it. By using the website, you agree to the Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Products and descriptions

The store offers ready-made software solutions: online ticketing platforms, food service automation systems, and other products. Product descriptions and specifications on the website are provided for information purposes, demonstrate typical functionality, and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Every project is unique: the final scope of functionality, design, and integrations are fixed in the contract after discussing your task.

3. Pricing

The prices shown on the website are indicative and reflect the range for a typical delivery. The final cost is determined individually based on the required scope of work, customizations, and integrations, and is fixed in the commercial proposal and the contract.

4. Ordering and workflow

The standard collaboration process includes the following steps:

  • you contact us via maxedwardan.com and describe your task;
  • we discuss the requirements, show a demo, and prepare a commercial proposal;
  • once the terms are agreed upon, a contract is signed;
  • setup, customization, and implementation of the solution are carried out;
  • the project is handed over to you with accompanying documentation and instructions.

5. Payment

Payment is made as provided by the contract. For substantial projects, milestone-based payment is available by agreement of the parties. Payment and reporting documents are provided in accordance with applicable legislation.

6. Rights to the products

All rights to the store's website, its design, and content belong to the Operator. Copying the website's materials without the right holder's consent is not permitted.

The terms of use of the software products, the scope of rights transferred (license or exclusive rights), and the procedure for transferring the source code are defined in the contract for each project.

7. Warranty and support

Delivered solutions come with a warranty period during which defects caused by the contractor are fixed free of charge. The warranty term and the terms of maintenance, updates, and technical support are fixed in the contract.

8. Refunds

Software products are the result of intellectual activity and are delivered under individual terms, so a refund after the start of fulfillment is possible only in the cases and manner provided by the contract and applicable legislation. If you believe the contractual obligations have not been fulfilled, contact us — we will review the situation and propose a solution.

9. Limitation of liability

The website and the materials on it are provided “as is”. The Operator is not liable for decisions made based on the website's information, nor for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the products, except in cases expressly provided by the contract and the law.

11. Changes to the terms

The Operator may change the Terms. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the latest update shown at the top. Changes take effect upon publication.

12. Contacts

Questions about the Terms and collaboration can be sent via the maxedwardan.com website.
